¿What are our policies for cancellation and reimbursement?

We accept trip cancellations until 5:00 p.m. one day before the tour, in this case, totally reimbursed.

If the passenger or travel agency cancels reservations the same tour day, NO reimbursement will be made regardless of the reason.

NO-SHOW passengers have no reimbursement.
